Add AppraVia Report to any AppraVia plan, for the users who need it. Admin users who don't complete appraisals are $29.99 per month.
For now, your first 60 days are free.
Optional Public Records add-on: $20 per user per month, 150 lookups included per user (shared across your office), then $0.10 per lookup.

Report questions
Can I deliver UAD 3.6 reports to lenders today?
Not yet. AppraVia's UAD 3.6 URAR is in verification with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Until that's complete, UAD 3.6 reports can be prepared for practice and training only, and they're watermarked. In the meantime, track and manage your orders in AppraVia Office and keep using your current UAD 3.6 software until verification is complete. We'll announce on our Updates page as soon as it is.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. For now, AppraVia Report comes with a 60-day free trial — add it to your plan and your first 60 days are free.
What can I use AppraVia Report for right now?
General Purpose and Land reports, Appraisal Institute AI Reports®, Narrative reports, and the legacy forms — private lending, estate, divorce, tax appeal and more. Use the legacy forms for VA appraisals or any lender still using UAD 2.6 legacy forms for now.
Do I need AppraVia Office too?
Report is an add-on to an AppraVia plan, so your orders, clients and billing live alongside your reports and flow into them automatically.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — AppraVia Mobile for iPhone and iPad is coming soon to the App Store. An Android version is in testing.
What about office staff who don't sign appraisals?
Admin users who don't complete appraisals get a Report seat for $29.99 per month — enough to set up orders, photos and paperwork in the report.
